Forgotten Warmness
This painting started with the luck of finding this tea kettle at the antic store. I was really excited when I figured out that it was from about the year 1850!!!
When I touched it, I immediately imagined the whole family sitting around the table and sharing their stories of the day with each other: kids listening to the fairytales, women doing embroidery or knitting, men resting after the hard day. The green bottle came to my collection really soon, the photo of my great grandmother was added and the magic has started.
I used warm colors to reflect the atmosphere of this imagined situation and, hopefully, everybody looking at the painting can feel this warmness.
